Syncing Google or Microsoft Accounts

Revwit works best when your emails and contacts live in one place.
By syncing your Google or Microsoft account, Revwit will:

  • Automatically add contacts from your emails.

  • Keep your contact list updated without manual work.

  • Let you send emails right inside Revwit.

This gives you and your team a full view of every conversation with a contact.

Sync During Setup

When you’re creating your account, you’ll see an option to connect your email. Just pick Google or Microsoft, sign in, and give permissions.
That’s it, Revwit will start syncing right away.

Sync Later from Settings

If you skipped that step, you can still connect later:

  1. Go to Workspace Settings.

  2. Click Email & Calendar.

  3. Choose Connect Google Account or Connect Microsoft Account.

  4. Sign in and confirm permissions.

Revwit will then pull your contacts automatically and keep them in sync.

Once connected, you can:

  • View your full email history with each contact.

  • Send messages directly from Revwit.

  • Work with your team using one shared, updated contact list.
