Trouble Syncing Your Google or Microsoft Account

If your Google or Microsoft account isn’t syncing properly with Revwit, don’t worry, it’s usually a quick fix.

Check your connection

  1. Go to Workspace Settings → Email & Calendar Accounts.

  2. Confirm that your account status shows Connected.

  3. If it’s not connected, click the ⋮ (three dots) beside your email and select Re-sync Mail.

  4. Follow the prompts to sign in again and grant Revwit permission to access your account.

Still not syncing? Try these quick checks

  • Make sure your Google or Microsoft login details are correct.

  • If you’re using a company email, your admin might have restricted third-party connections, check with them.

  • Try removing the account and connecting it again.

Once reconnected, Revwit will automatically re-sync your emails and calendar events.

Tip: After reconnecting, refresh your workspace to confirm that your emails and meetings have reappeared.
