Can’t Find Contacts or Deals?

If a contact, company, or deal isn’t showing up in your workspace, it’s often just a visibility or filter issue, not a lost record.

Start with these quick checks

  1. Make sure you’re in the right section; People, Companies, or Deals.

  2. Use the Search bar at the top of the sidebar to look for the record by name, email, or company.

  3. Check if a filter is turned on. Filters can hide records based on conditions like status or owner.

  4. Refresh your page; sometimes new data (like imported records or form submissions) takes a moment to appear.

If the record is still missing

  • Check if it was deleted or merged with another record.

  • If it came from a form or import, make sure the import was completed successfully.

  • If a teammate added it, confirm that it’s shared with your workspace and not private.

Tip: Refreshing the page after a form submission or CSV import often fixes visibility issues immediately.
