If your file didn’t import as expected or some records were skipped, don’t worry, it’s usually a small formatting issue you can fix in minutes.
Before uploading
Make sure your file is saved in .CSV format.
Check that the first row includes clear column headers (like Name, Email, Phone, Company).
Remove blank rows or broken data before importing.
How to re-upload
Go to People, Companies, or Deals, depending on what you’re importing.
Click Import.
Upload your corrected CSV file.
Review the preview table and make sure each column matches the right field.
Click Import again to complete.
If some rows were skipped
Revwit will show a summary of skipped records and the reasons, like missing fields or duplicate entries.
You can correct them directly in the preview table before uploading again.
Tip: If your file still doesn’t upload, open it in a spreadsheet editor (like Google Sheets or Excel), re-save it as a CSV, and try again.
