Your sales pipeline is where you visualize deals moving from start to close. It helps you track progress, identify bottlenecks, and manage your team’s efforts efficiently.
When you first sign up to Revwit, you’ll find a ready-to-use pipeline already created for you.
This helps you get started right away as you can begin adding deals and tracking them through stages immediately.
Depending on your plan and workspace size, you can:
Keep using the default pipeline as is.
Edit it to match your sales process (rename stages, adjust order, etc.).
Create additional pipelines for different workflows, products, or teams.
This flexibility ensures Revwit scales with your business, whether you’re managing a single process or several at once.
How to Create a New Pipeline
Go to Deals in the sidebar.
Click Create Pipeline.
Name your pipeline (e.g. “B2B Sales”, “Enterprise Deals”, or “Renewals”).
Add your custom stages, such as:
→ Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Closed WonClick Save.
You can always edit or reorder stages later as your process evolves.
Why Pipelines Matter
Give clear visibility into your team’s sales progress.
Help you prioritize deals based on stage, size, or probability.
Provide structured data for reports and insights later on.
Each deal in Revwit is tied to a specific pipeline and stage, so you always know what’s moving, what’s stuck, and where to focus next.
